White sheets and pale fabrics slightly billow in the breeze as they dry on the clothesline. A colorful courtyard filled with flowers and climbing vines make for a beautiful place to work on laundry day. The light, color and life in this painting are so inviting, I almost want to throw out my electric dryer and join her.
